Posibles causas
El desempeño de
enfriamiento es po-
bre.
• Seleccione una temperatura más
baja.
Solución
La temperatura programada
es más alta que la tempera-
tura de la habitación.
• Limpie el intercambiador de calor.
El intercambiador de calor ya
sea en la unidad interna o ex-
terna está sucio.
• Retire el filtro y límpielo de acuerdo
con las instrucciones.
El filtro de aire está sucio.
• Apague la unidad, retire la obstruc-
ción y enciéndalo de nuevo.
La entrada o salida de aire de
cualquiera de las unidades
está obstruida.
• Asegúrese de que todas las puertas
y ventanas de la habitación estén
cerradas mientras la unidad se en-
cuentra en operación.
Las puertas y ventanas de la
habitación están abiertas.
• Durante los periodos de mucho ca-
lor o de luz del sol muy brillante, cie-
rre las ventanas y persianas o corti-
nas.
Calor excesivo generado por
la luz del sol.
• Reduzca la cantidad de fuentes de
calor.
Demasiadas fuentes de calor
dentro de la habitación, por
ejemplo personas, computa-
doras, equipo electrónico, etc.
• Revise buscando fugas. Selle de
nuevo si fuera necesario y rellene
con refrigerante.
El nivel de refrigerante es
bajo debido a una fuga o al
uso.
• La función SILENCIO puede hacer
que el desempeño de la unidad dis-
minuya ya que reduce la frecuencia
de operación. Apague la función SI-
LENCIO.
La función SILENCIO (en algu-
nos modelos) está activada.
• Espere a que el suministro sea res-
tablecido.
Interrupción en el suministro
de energía eléctrica (apagón).
La unidad no está
funcionando.
• Encienda el sistema.
El sistema está apagado.
• Reemplace el fusible o reacondicio-
ne el disyuntor de circuitos.
