Calibration Procedure (CH1): Resistance (measure)
(standard)

Perform the calibration as follows:
1.

Connect the applicable calibration equipment
specified in Table 10-1; for example see

Section 2.11

Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on).

Use the calibration menu (Ref:

Section 10.2

) to do a

two-point calibration for each of the following ranges:

Range: 0-400Ω

Nominal zero ohms:
Make a 4-wire connection to the 0Ω resistor.

•

Nominal positive full-scale ohms:
Make a 4-wire connection to the 400 Ω resistor

Range: 400

Ω

Ω

Nominal 400Ω: Make a 4-wire connection to the
400Ω resistor

•

Nominal positive full-scale ohms: Make a 4-wire
connection to the 4k resistor

Check the calibration is correct
•

Select the Resistance (measure) function (Ref

Section

Make a 4-wire connection to the applicable standard
resistor (Ref: Table 10-11) and measure the value.
