LOGIQ C9 Series – Basic Service Manual

Why do maintenance

Periodic maintenance inspections

It has been determined by engineering that your LOGIQ C9
Series does not have any high wear components that fail with
use, therefore no Periodic Maintenance inspections are
mandatory.

However, some customers’ Quality Assurance Programs may
require additional tasks and or inspections at a different
frequency than listed in this manual.

Keeping records

It is good business practice that ultrasound facilities maintain
records of periodic and corrective maintenance. The Ultrasound
Periodic Maintenance Inspection Certificate provides the
customer with documentation that the Ultrasound system is
maintained on a periodic basis.

A copy of the

Ultrasound Periodic Maintenance Inspection

Certificate

should be kept in the same room or near the

Ultrasound system.
