.   Press and hold the MUTE button on the base while plugging in the DC connector 

until the base displays 

Initialization

 and then 

Deregister All Handsets

.

4.  Press the Yes (SKL) button to deregister all handsets.

NoTE: Press No (Skr) if you do not want to deregister.

5. 

De-Registration Successful

 shows in both the handset and base displays, 

followed by 

HANDSET NEEDS REGISTRATION 

and 

PLEASE PUT HANDSET IN BASE

6.  Place handsets in base to automatically re-register to base OR re-register through 

the handset using 

Phone Setting>Registration

 menus.

NoTE: After power reconnection, the base will retrieve Date/Time set 

up from handsets, as long as the handsets have remained powered.

7.  Press the Store (SKL) button to save the settings. You will hear a confirmation tone.
.  Re-install the backup batteries in the base and then plug the telephone line cord 

back into the TEL LINE jack on the back of the base.
