As you review call records, the display shows you the following information
for each call:
• The telephone number of the caller.
• The numeric order of the call.
• The name of the caller, if available in your service area.
NOTE:
If a name is received which exceeds 15 characters, the extra characters
are displayed for 3 seconds.
• Time and date the call was received.

NEW
appears for all calls that have not been reviewed.
NOTE:
Check with your local phone company regarding name
service availability.
Transferring CID Records to Memory
You may transfer a Caller ID record to your phone’s memory.
NOTE:
It is important that you format CID records correctly before storing in
memory. It is not possible to reformat CID records stored in memory.
1. Use the REVIEW or NEXT button (base) or CID/VOL (
or
) button
(cordless handset) to scroll to the desired record.
2. Press the MEM/CONFERENCE (base) or MEMORY/conference (cordless
handset) button.
3. Press the desired memory location. Example, press the number 1 key to
store the record in memory location 1. You will hear a confirmation tone.
NOTE:
If the memory location is occupied, “
REPLACE MEMO?
” appears on
the display. If you want to replace the record currently in this location with the
new one, press the MEM/CONFERENCE (base) or MEMORY/conference
(headset) button.
