Maintenance
Once the MAC unit is removed, use the following instructions to replace the base.
1. Remove the bins and carefully lay the trolley assembly flat on its back on a
smooth, padded surface.
This will avoid scratches or other damage to the trolley.
2. Using the 1/2" socket wrench supplied with the trolley, remove the four 5/16-18
x 2.25" flanged HHCS that secure the trolley column to the base.
This illustration applies to all trolley styles.
Retain the screws for later reattachment of the base.
3. Position the column over the new base and align the holes with the holes in
the base.
NOTE:
For the MAC 1600 Trolley, position the column so the angled cut on the top
of the column slopes toward the casters with the brakes.
4. Using the 1/2" socket wrench supplied with the trolley, insert the 5/16-18 x 2.25"
flanged HHCS and tighten the hardware.
5. Replace the equipment that was removed and reconnect power cables to the
equipment on the trolley.
