If the ironing instructions for the fabric are missing, but you know the type of the fabric,
refer to the following table:

CAuTion: Always fill the water reservoir (12) with water before connecting the iron with
the mains.

Fill the iron with water ( filling the iron with water). Connect the iron to a suitable
wall outlet.

Turn the function knob
(4) right to the steam ironing position

Set the temperature ( Setting the temperature).
•
Press the fabric setting button
(7) repeatedly, until the desired setting is displayed
( fabric setting chart).
•
Allow the iron to heat up until the fabric setting display
(7) stops blinking and beeps
once.
