Press “Close” and now you can reopen the G-Mark software



– Controller not found!

Fix 1:

Reconnect the USB cable between a PC or Laptop and the Control unit,

and then reopen the G-Mark software program.

Fix 2:

Update the controller driver

Step 1.

Select the “Start” button and type “device manager”.
