4.4 Effects menu

In the version 2.0 of the Software for the

HiToP



184

we integrated a special menu to help the user select

the right frequency for the therapy. In the Effects menu you will get a list of programs with predefined
frequencies or a sequence of predefined frequencies, detailed information in chapter 4.4.1. The software
version (e.g.

V 2.03

) is shown in the lower left corner of the display after starting the unit.

The following programs are included in the version 2.03:

Shaking-Massage

Note!



In the unit settings you can select between Indication menu and Effects menu.



If you have chosen the Effects menu, you can select a special program by pushing the

Softkey



PROG. Menu



for the channel.



When switching on the unit you will get the selected program of the last session for each channel.



The Effects menu can be selected in the unit settings,

see chapter 2.4.3



If you have chosen the Effects menu, you get different settings in the basic menu,

see chapter 2.4.4

1. Press the allocated

Softkey

[Indication menu] for the desired channel.

2. You will get a list of programs.
3. Move the scroll bar/cursor with the

Modification knob

to the desired program.

4. Confirm by pressing the white

Softkey



Continue



5. Apply the electrodes.
6. The program you have chosen in the Effects menu is shown on the display:

in case of Vitalisation advance the

Intensity regulator

and set the intensity values for the lower and

upper cut-off frequency. The therapy starts.

In case of nerve block advance the

Intensity regulator

up to the tolerance limit (no muscle

contractions!). The detail window will be automatically displayed and the therapy starts.

For the rest of the programs advance the

Intensity regulator

. The detail window will be

automatically displayed and the therapy starts.

7. Upon travers of the first type of current the triad gong sounds.

Note!



In the detail window current, resistance, power and energy are shown additionally.



The therapy time cannot be changed during treatment.



If only one patient cable is plugged to the unit, you will get directly to the detail window.
