23 - The following steps will be connecting the wiring from the top of the power
supplies. A reference top view has been added over the power supplies.
24 - The Power supplies N (neutral) and L (line) connections are for ac volts in.
The AC source is at the noise filter where it “Y”s off to the power supplies `
and to the power supply PCB connector “ACIN” Find the ACIN connector
at the lower left corner of the power supply PCB. Unplug the connector
and thread the wire out of the wire channel down to the ac filter. Note the
red and the blue connection at the filter and then remove the wires. The
kit wires on the L and N connections of the power supplies are red and
blue with two spade connectors and a two pin connector. Route the spade
connectors to the noise filter and then route the two pin connector to the
ACIN socket on the power supply PCB.
25 - The ground connections are two green wires with a yellow stripe.
Route these to a suitable laminator frame location and screw them on with
a clean to metal connection.
26 - Connect the kit wires labeled “Motor Driver Board DC1” to the motor driver
board DC1 socket. These wires originate at the 48 volt power supply
termi nals +V and -V .
