FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLE
After the SENSOR
SAFE
clip has been installed on the seat
and connected to the App, it will communicate with your
smartphone when it is closed. A LED on the clip will light up
twice when data transfer starts.
The following information will be sent to the application
permanently by the closed clip, when connected via
Bluetooth:
• closing status of the clip (open or closed)
• ambient temperature
•
battery status
Furthermore, SENSOR SAFE will send alarms in possibly
unsafe situations. You will be notified when:
•
ambient temperature of the child approaches a critical
level (too high or too low).
• you leave a certain radius around your car and the clip is
still closed.
• the Bluetooth connection to SENSOR SAFE breaks.
• the clip has been buckled for more than two hours.
If you stay outside of the radius for too long and the clip is
still closed, the emergency contacts, that you placed in the
App, will get notified.
