What to do in the case of theft?
If you are unfortunate enough to have your bike stolen report it to
the police. When you do so, bring this booklet so that the police will
have the details for your bike which will make it easier to identify
should it be recovered. If your local police force operates a cycle
tagging scheme registering your bike will make it easier to identify.
It is important that you bring your bike to your Gazelle dealer to have it serviced within 3 months and
within 1 year after you start using it. This servicing consists of the following actions / inspections: All Gazelle bikes have a unique frame number. This and other details can be recorded here.
If your local police force runs a cycle tagging scheme then we recommend that you get your
bike registered. The details that you record here will be necessary for that registration.
