Turning off your computer

To turn off your notebook:

Click

Start

, then select

Shut Down

. The Shut Down Windows dialog box

opens.

Select

Shut down

, then click

. Windows shuts down your computer.

If your computer does not respond to keyboard or mouse commands and
you are unable to use the Shut Down option, press and hold the power
button for at least four seconds.
