How to use the FRUSDR load utility
The utility:
•
Is compatible with ROM-DOS Ver. 6.22, MS-DOS Ver. 6.22, and
later versions
•
Accepts CFG, SDR, and FRU load files (the executable file for the
utility is frusdr.exe)
•
Requires the following supporting files
• one or more .fru files describing the system field replaceable units
• a .cfg file describing the system configuration
–
an .sdr file describing the sensors in the system
Command line format
The command line uses several keys. The table Command Line Format
Elements below lists the keys and their definitions. The basic command
line format is
frusdr [-?] [-h] [-d {dmi, fru, sdr}] [-cfg filename.cfg] [-fru file-
name.fru]
Parsing the command line
The FRUSDR load utility allows only one command line function at a time.
A command line function can consist of two parameters. Example: -cfg
filename.cfg. Invalid parameters cause an error message and exit the
