• Half-way through the
cooking time, you can
pull out the pan from the
appliance and shake the
food to ensure it cooks
evenly. Be careful not to
press the release button
accidentally, as this will
release the basket from the
pan!
Warning! Always hold by the
handle. Beware of escaping
steam or spitting oil, fat or
other liquids.
• Once the cooking time
has elapsed, remove the
pan and place it on a table
mat or other heat-resistant
surface. Check that the food
is fully cooked. If necessary,
cook it for a few extra
minutes.
• Switch off the appliance by
holding down the ON/OFF
button.
• Press the release button
and lift the basket out of
the pan. To remove small
ingredients such as French
fries, pour the food onto
the serving plate. Remove
larger or fragile items such
as chicken wings or breaded
fish fillets with a tong.
• Do not turn the basket
upside down with the pan
still attached to it, as any
excess oil that has been
collected in the bottom of
the pan will pour onto the
food.
• Before cleaning and storing
the appliance, make sure it
has cooled completely.
