CLEANING THE ICE BUCKET
WARNING: Do not heat the ice bucket or bring the ice bucket, gear
box, and stirring paddle in contact with hot surfaces or hot liquids. The
coolant within the ice bucket would expand forcefully when heated, thus
bursting the ice bucket and causing risk of severe injuries and damage.
Additionally, the plastic parts of the ice bucket, gearbox and stirring
paddle are not heat-resistant and will get distorted and damaged when
heated.
The ice bucket may be extremely cold, when in use. Always protect your
hands with gloves, when touching the ice bucket to avoid severe frost-
bites.
Do not use violence. For operation, the ice bucket and gearbox are lock within the
heating compartment of the Bread Maker.
1. Protect your hands with gloves, before touching the ice bucket. To unlock the
ice bucket within the Bread Maker, turn the ice bucket counter-clockwise, then
lift it out of the heating compartment. Empty the ice bucket completely. Turn the
gearbox of the ice bucket counter-clockwise, then take it out of the heating com-
partment. Pull the stirring paddle out of the ice bucket.
2. Wash the ice bucket, stirring paddle, and gearbox in lukewarm dishwater, using
a soft nylon brush or a soft cloth.
3. Dry the parts thoroughly. Then leave dry naturally, where the parts are out of
reach of young children.
