IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Carefully read all instructions before operating this appliance
and save the instructions for further reference. Do not attempt
to use this appliance for any other than the intended use, described in
the instructions. Any other use, especially misuse, can cause severe inju-
ries or damage by electric shock, overheating, fire, or low temperature.
These instructions are an essential part of the appliance. Do not pass the
appliance without this booklet to third parties.
Any operation, repair,
exchange, and technical maintenance of the appliance or any part of it
(e.g. power cord) other than described in these instructions may only be
performed at an authorised service centre.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not leave the appliance unattended, when it is connected to
the power supply.
Always switch off and unplug the appliance,
before moving or cleaning it, or when the appliance is not in use.
For moving the appliance, do not hold the appliance via the power
cord, lid, or cover.
This appliance is for household use only and
NOT intended for use in moving vehicles. Do not operate or store the
appliance in humid or wet areas or outdoors. Any use of accessories,
attachments or spare parts that are not recommended by the manufac-
turer or damaged may result in injuries to persons and/or damage.
Do not use the appliance or any part of the appliance with any other
device or for any purpose not described in this booklet. Check the
entire appliance regularly for proper operation (e.g. check for leaks,
overheating, damage to the power cord or power plug, malfunction).
Do not attempt to operate the appliance, when the appliance or
any part of it is likely to be damaged, and/or not working pro-
perly (e.g. no cooling, mouldy odour).
Do not attempt to operate
the appliance, when it has been subject to inadmissible strain (e.g.
overheating, mechanical or electric shock, moisture in the console
or compressor compartment). If malfunction occurs during operation,
immediately unplug the appliance. If in doubt, get in contact with
an authorized service centre for examination and/or repair.
Do not
attempt to repair any part of the appliance on your own.
The work-
space must be clean, sufficiently stable and large, level, and resistent
against moisture.
