G-Shield Instruction Manual

Version 1

Step 1. 

Connect HCN 10 PPM calibration gas.

Step 5. 

Span calibration has completed.

NOTE: When calibration is successful, the calibration due date is set to 182 days 

(6 months).
Push the           to return to the Settings screen.

Step 2. 

Turn the gas on. Push

Step 3. 

Span calibration has started.

Step 4. 

Calibration gas detected.

13.6  HCN G-Pod Span Calibration

Zero calibration must be completed before span calibration.

If an error occurs please consult 

section 14 Error Messages.
