The Screen Menu provides access to the Cannonball3’s
adjustable contrast and backlight settings.

3.2.1

Entering the Screen Menu

1. Enter the Main Menu as described above in section 3.1.1.

Adjusting the contrast

Adjustments to the screen contrast are made as follows:

1. Enter the Screen Menu as described above in section

3.2.1.

2. Use the up navigation arrow to highlight CONTRAST and

press the MODE button.

arrows. When the contrast reaches the desired level

3.2.3

Adjusting the backlight

The backlight settings control the length of time that the
backlight will remain on after the instrument recognizes a low
light condition. The backlight may also be set to remain on
always. To adjust the backlight settings:

1. Enter the Screen Menu as described above in section

3.2.1.

“ON Always” or to automatically turn off after an interval of
between 5 and 90 seconds.
