11 LPG CONVERSION
Gas conversioned process which is mentioned
below must be issued by authorized GASSERO
services only on Wallcon X-treme 50 and Wallcon X-
treme 67 boilers.
Wallcon X-treme
boilers are manufactured to work with
natural gas. Wallcon X-treme 50 and Wallcon X-treme 67
boilers can be converted into LPG.
If the boiler will be used with LPG, it must be adjusted by
Gassero authorized services according to the following
combustion values and parameters.

Seperate the air inlet pipe
and the venturi
Remove the O-ring and the
nozzle Place the nozzle between the gas valve and the flange
(with the O-ring) according to the boiler model.
Replace the disassembled companents after the nozzles
installed with the care of tightness. Use the flue gas
analyzer to provide the values which are given in the table
of values for LPG.
Before the commissioning of the boiler, all
parameters must be regenerated according to the
LPG. This process must be made by authorized
Gassero services.
