1)Verify piping
Verify all piping and gas connections are
secure and tight

2) Pressurize
boiler and system
Use manual fill valve (white knob at bottom
left of boiler) by turning it open (clockwise
turn) or if relying on PRV to pressurize
system, open it until boiler pressure reaches
1.5 bar

Leak test using approved local methods
Check incoming gas pressure. Ideal pressure
is 8 to 10”
