Caution!
Do not start the machine until you put the hook covers in working (protecting) position.
Switch off the main switch and remove your feet from the pedals on the machine support before
replacing the hook bobbin so that the machine may not be started by unintended treading on the
pedal.
6 Adjusting Stitch Length
Caution!
Switch off the main switch and remove your feet from the pedals on the machine support
before adjusting stitch length so that the machine may not be started by unintended treading
on the pedal.
Push in the stitch length adjusting knob (A) in the column of the machine arm (fig. 6) and turn
the hand wheel until the knob locks deeper into the arm. Turn the knob in the direction of arrow
(+) to increase the stitch length or in the direction of arrow (-) to reduce the stitch length.
Adjustment is determined by the position of the tip of pointer (C) against division lines on the
disk of hand wheel (B).
