Message format:

“MRR”.............Company identifier.
“C”...................Message class.
“03”..................Message identifier.

Software version is 2.00.

B.2.3.3 Communications Error

This message is used to indicate a communications error. When possible, the company identifier and 

message class will match the company identifier and message class of the offending message.

Message format:

iii......................Company identifier.
c .......................Message class: “05” for COMM messages; “27” for NAV messages.
nn .....................Message identifier.
e .......................Error code: (ASCII)

0 = input message checksum

1 = unknown message

2 = error or mismatch in message data
