Settings
GPS Settings
GPS settings include the following:
Turning satellites off ( page 45 )
Viewing the satellite page
( page 45 )
Using elevation points ( page 46 )
Training Indoors
1. Press and hold MENU .
2. Select GPS > GPS Status .
3. Select Off .
When GPS is off, speed and distance
data are not available unless you have
an optional sensor that sends speed and
distance data to the Edge (such as the
GSC 10. The next time you turn on the
Edge, it will search for satellite signals
again.

Satellite Page
The satellite page shows your current
GPS satellite information. To view the
satellite page, press and hold MENU ,
and select GPS > Satellite .
On the satellite page, GPS accuracy
appears at the top of the page. The
black bars represent the strength of
each satellite signal received (the
number of the satellite appears below
each bar).
