INSTALLATION OF RELEASE MATERIAL
1. Slide release material rod through hemmed end of the
release material sheet.

2. Hook release material rod on brackets located at the
rear of the upper platen.

3. Holding the bottom of the release material sheet in
place, gently pull the sheet toward the front of the
platen.
NOTE:
Make sure release material fits smoothly over
upper platen.
4. Place locking clips over release material sheet and
press into place over release material bar.

5. Check alignment and tightness of release material
against upper platen.
NOTE:
Installing release material sheets too tight may
cause premature failure of the sheet. Installing only 1 clip
on over the release material bar may cause the release
material sheet to be too loose. Ensure that 2 clips are
installed on the teflon bar at all times.
Release material sheets should be replaced when:
Product sticks to release material
Carbon build-up causes problems in taste or
appearance.
A tear in the release material sheet’s cooking area.
Release material coating is worn off sheet.
NOTE:
Rotate the release sheets on daily basis

components shown below are included with your grill when purchased.
