4. Add an egress port by placing the cursor on the desired port. Press the left mouse button. Drag

the port to the Egress panel and release.

5. Select Configure.

The Configure panel will be displayed.

6. Select VXLAN TX Only

7. Enter the Tunnel IP Address, (VXLAN Header SIP).

8. Enter the Remote IP Address, (VXLAN Header DIP).

9. Enter the Remote MAC Address, (VXLAN Header DMAC).

10. Enter the VNID, (1-16777215).

The default UDP destination port is 4789.

11. Select Advanced to modify the UDP destination port, (1-65535).

The default VXLAN Header SMAC is automatically defined by the system. There are five
predefined SMACs.

12. Select Advanced to select an alternative SMAC or to manually enter the SMAC, (VXLAN Header

SMAC).

13. Select Advanced to add a VLAN ID to the VXLAN Header, optional, (1-4095).

14. Select Set.

15. Select Cancel to disregard.

16. Select Save.

The vxlan-tx-only tunnel will be displayed on the Tunnels panel.
