While working, always hold the spraying hose with one
or two hands.
7.4. COMPLETION OF SPRAYING
Do not unscrew the pressure hose right after stopping
the machine. When closing the gun, all the liquid from
the pump to the gun will be compressed, so it could
be difficult to unscrew the high pressure machine
hose or gun connections, and if you do it, there could
be a risk of serious injury.
After using the machine it is necessary to clean the
circuit using clean water. When you stop using the
machine:
1. Close the gun.
2. Turn off the machine by pressing the Stop button.
3. Insert the end of the suction hose with the filter
in a tank with clean water, ensuring that the filter is
submerged in liquid while the machine is running.
4. Insert the end of the return hose into the tank and
secure it to prevent it from getting out of the tank
while the machine is running.
5. Start the machine again.
6. Open the gun and spray clean water for one
minute to ensure that the entire circuit is cleaned
with water.
7. Close the gun.
8. Turn off the machine by pressing the Stop button.
9. Open the gun again, with the machine stopped, to
remove pressure from the circuit.
10.Disconnect the hoses.
8. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Removing the security devices, improper
maintenance, or replacements with non-original spare
parts can result in bodily harm.
Do not change the machine’s control mechanisms
or the limitations of the engine speed to increase its
rotational speed.
Maintenance and service aims to ensure that your
machine always works in the best conditions of safety
and efficiency. Follow the recommendations and
maintenance intervals recommended in this manual.
It is necessary to always turn off the engine
and disconnect the spark plug before cleaning,
transporting.
Read the instruction manual before performing any
operation with this machine.
WARNING! Do not modify the machine. Improper
use of these elements can cause SERIOUS PERSONAL
DAMAGE OR DEATH.
Keep the machine clean, especially the area of the
fuel tank and areas close to the air filter.
To reduce the risk of fire, keep engine, the silencer
and the area around the fuel deposit, free of
vegetation or grease.
Do not ever attempt to perform adjustments on
the machine if it is running. Perform all machine
maintenance it on a clear, flat surface.
Use only suitable replacement parts for this machine
in order to obtain a proper performance of the machine.
