7. Cases falling under the warranty do not lead to an extension of the warranty period, nor 

do they constitute the start of a new warranty period. The warranty period for repaired or 

replaced parts expires at the same time as the warranty period for the greenhouse as a 

whole.

8. The warranty begins on the day of purchase (date indicated on the purchase order) for 2 

years for raw greenhouses and 5 years for treated greenhouses.

9. Complaints relating to defects must be reported to us in writing within 2 months of 

delivery, mentioning the model of the greenhouse, the code of the parts causing the 

problem and providing proof of purchase of the grenhouse.
