Checking the level of motor oil and gear oil

- Unscrew the motor oil filling screw(11) and remove.
- Read off the oil level on the scale on the underside of the motor oil filling screw.
The level must lie between
[A] and [B] .
After 50 working hours please add 50ml gear oil L-CKE1P 320 or GL-3.
Cleaning/replacing spark plugs
DANGER!
Danger of injury from high voltage!
Do not touch the spark plug connector or the spark plug while the
motor is running.
- Remove spark plug connector(13).
- Unscrew the spark plug.
- Check the electrode for discoloration. Standard colour: Light brown
- Check electrode spacing. Correct spacing:0.7-0.8mm
Cleaning the spark plug
- Remove rust deposits from the electrode with a wire brush.
Replacing the spark plug
- Insert the cleaned or new spark plug and tighten by hand.
- Tighten the hand-tightened spark plug using a spark plug wrench by a further
quarter of a turn. Do you turn it further as this will damage the thread.
- Affix the spark plug connector (13) firmly back onto the spark plug.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage to the device!
Only use wire brushes with brass bristles to clean the spark plug. Any
other bristle type will damage the electrode!
