GUIDE TO
REPLACE BLADE OR CUTTING EDGE
Step 1
Unscrew M8 x 16 Flanged hex screw fixing the feeding chute.
Step 2
Turn feeding chute up. Unscrew and remove red plastic cap.
Step 3
Rotate cutting roller at the position shown as below, screw in
R8 safety screw to prevent cutting roller from rotating down,
and being cut during operation.
Step 4
Unscrew fixing screw (Part # 801‐078) with 13mm spanner,
unfix and clean cutting blade, turn it over and make the other
new edge on position, fix the cutting blade.
Remove safety screw and screw in red plastic cap

WEAR RIGGERS GLOVES FOR THE
BLADE CHANGING OPERATION.
Step 5
Loosen M10x25 hex screw (part # 801‐076) with
16mm socket spanner, move 116 fixed blade down
to the lowest position of the slot hole.
Step 6
Put thickness gauge onto fixed blade, slowly rotate
cutting roller down meanwhile move fixed blade
up, make cutting edge to touch the ridge of
thickness gauge.
Step 7
Keep the position, tighten fixing screw, obtain the
workable gap of 1.0‐1.5mm. Remove thickness
gauge.
Step 8
Carefully rotate cutting roller to check and make
sure each gap no less than the thickness gauge.
