• Do not store the appliance or fuel in an enclosed area where fuel fumes may come
into contact with sparks, naked flames (e.g. from water heaters), electric motors
or switches, stoves, etc.
• Store the unit in a dry place out of reach of children.
• Secure the unit during transport.
Warning:
Never touch the exhaust system unless the engine and exhaust are cold.
Touching a hot exhaust can cause serious burns.
Remove the spark plug before servicing. This is not necessary with carburetor settings.
Check for loose fastenings and parts:
•Exhaust
•Spark plug seal
•Air filter
•Housing screws
Check for damaged or worn parts
Contact an authorized service dealer for replacement of damaged and/or worn parts.

Fuel tank → Never operate the unit with a damaged or leaking fuel tank
•
Collection bag → Never operate the unit with a damaged or torn collection bag.
Checking and cleaning the unit and labels
• Check the unit after each use for loose or damaged parts. Clean the unit and labels
with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Dry the unit with a clean, dry cloth
Clean the air filter:

A dirty air filter affects engine
performance and increases fuel
consumption and emissions. Clean
the air filter after every 5 hours of
operation.
1. Clean the cover and surrounding areas to prevent dirt from entering the
carburetor when removing the cover.
Note:
Before opening the air cleaner cover,
move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.
2. Remove the parts as shown.t
Note:
Do not clean the filter with petrol or other
flammable solvents. This may result in a fire hazard or harmful evaporation
emissions.
3. 3Clean the filter with soap and water.
4. Allow the filter to dry.
5.
Apply a few drops of oil to the filter; squeeze the filter to distribute the oil.
6. Replace the parts.
Replacement of spark plugs
Replace the spark plugs annually to ensure easier engine starting and efficient
operation. Set the spark gap to 0.0635 cm (0.025 in.). The ignition setting is fixed,
which means it cannot be changed.
1. Turn, and then pull out the spark plug boot.
2. Remove the spark plug from the cylinder and dispose of it.
3. Replace the spark plug with a Torch L7T spark plug. Secure it with a 19 mm socket
wrench.
4. Replace the spark plug boot.
Replacing the fuel filter

To replace the fuel filter, first drain the unit
until all fuel is used up. Then remove the fuel
cap from the tank using the holding device.
Pull the filter from the tank and disconnect it
from the fuel line. Place the new fuel filter in
the fuel line and reassemble the remaining
parts.
Check the retaining bolts of the exhaust

Check once a year that the retaining bolts of the
exhaust are securely tightened to prevent any damage.
