5.2  ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

When carrying out maintenance work, lock the ma-

chine controls, remove the ignition key. Inform all 

personnel in the operating area that the machine 

is stationary for maintenance purposes. If neces-

sary, place warning signs (Fig. 11) around certain 

points, in order to inform other people that the ma-

chine is stopped for maintenance. 

Periodically, perform  full-washing  of the  machine 

and thoroughly clean all parts. 

After  each  wash,  it  is  necessary  to  lubricate  all 

parts subject to friction.

CAUTION

Annex 1 on page 102, shows the maintenance 

register. All interventions must be registered.

5.2.1  AIR FILTER

Periodically clean the air filter. Intervention times 

depend on the environment factor. The more the 

environment in which it operates is dusty the more 

time it takes to intervene.

For normal use it is advisable to clean the filter
