6.5 Starting up the goods issue system
Starting the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system
Once the power supply to the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system is present,
the indirect base lighting lights up and the computer and control unit start up
automatically.
„
Open the emergency access door.
„
Connect the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system to the mains using the
country­specific plug
→ The base lighting comes on automatically. The computer and control
unit start up automatically.
„
Close the emergency access door
→ The carousel is then referenced automatically.
→ Following the successful referencing, the front LED is activated.
„
Open the emergency access door
→ Check the inductive limit switch of the carousel (the LED lights up in
yellow).
„
Close the emergency access door and lock the Tool24 PickOne goods
issue system.
„
Turn the monitor on if required.
