How to configure global network settings:

Select the operating mode of the interface:
Off:
Static:
A static IP address is assigned.
DHCP:
Obtain IP address from a DHCP server.
IP address:
Only if the Static operating mode is selected, enter the IP
address of the interface.
Netmask
Only if the Static operating mode is selected, enter the net-
mask of the network.
Operating mode:
Enter the desired operating mode:
Static:
Use of static settings.
DHCP:
Obtain settings from a DHCP server.
Hostname:
Enter the hostname of the device.
Domain:
Enter the domain to which the device should belong.
Gateway:
Enter the IP address of the gateway.
DNS server 1:
Enter the IP address of the DNS server.
DNS server 2:
Optionally
, enter the IP address of another DNS server.
NOTE:
After successfully setting the IP address, integrate the target module into
the network of the IP matrix switch.
You can add the target module to the IP matrix switch using the
Add end devices
function of the IP matrix switch.
