The SEEK thermal camera photo of the PA is depicted in Figure 23. The thermal performance with EMI 
filter is very impressive. The hottest points of the circuit are the two 2

nd

 harmonics shunt inductors which 

have a temperature rise of 35˚C. 

The temperature rise of the GaN devices is a modest 3

˚

C.
