progress in the game. The easiest way to save on the fly is to select

Remember, you can only use one QuikSave at a time. Any new QuikSave
automatically erases the former one. QuikSave saves your exact place in
a level so that if you are about to encounter obstacles such as enemies
or mines, you won’t have to completely restart a level.
