Processing and Common Operations

Hang the waste collection bag on the left side of the COBE 2991 by placing
the three holes in the top of the bag over the three posts (Figure 6-3).

Open the centrifuge cover interlock latch (if applicable) by rotating the latch
knob fully clockwise. Otherwise, proceed to step 17.

The centrifuge cover interlock latch knob is located on the right side of the
sliding covers.
