PRE-INSTALLATION -
MOUNTING DETAILS
−
If the mounting holes do not already exist, mark out and drill the holes in the bench/trough, as shown in
rough-in dimensions.
Note: Supplied flexi hose length is 225mm long. Maximum distance between outlet and handle is 180mm.
Note: Before installation, all lines must be flushed.
We recommend that a line strainer be installed prior to drinking taps to eliminate any foreign material
INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: Galvin Engineering products must be installed in accordance with these installation instructions
and in accordance with AS/NZS 3500, the PCA and your local regulatory requirements. Water and/or electrical
supply conditions must also comply to the applicable national and/or state standards. Failing to comply with
these provisions shall void the product warranty and may affect the performance of the product.
1. Disassembly

Remove the push button handle using the
provided 2mm hex key to loosen the grub
screw.

Remove the stainless steel lock nut using
an appropriate sized wrench. Do not
remove the top assembly.

Remove back nut and cup washer from the
outlet assembly.
2. Fit body & mouthguard outlet
−
Fit the valve body and mouthguard outlet into the
trough ensuring the rubber washers are placed
between.

Secure outlet underneath with the supplied cup
washer and back nut.

Secure valve body using the stainless steel locknut.
−
Take care not to over-tighten.

*Only drill Ø2.5mm hole if anti-
rotation pin (not supplied) is
required.
