Enter herd names
This option enables you to split your total dairy herd into individual milking
herds and name each herd. Each herd must be milked discretely.
Note:
•
Once the herds are named and automatic milking sessions recorded,
subsequently clearing or changing the herd names affects the historic
herd statistics.
•
At least one herd must be entered. Positions "First" through "Fourth"
must be used sequentially. That is to say,
do not use Position One, then
Three leaving Two blank.
Select
2. ENTER HERD NAMES
from the Set up menu.
The
Enter herd names screen
displays.
1. Press the and soft keys to select the herd name
to change.
2. Use the QWERTY keyboard to type in the required name.
3. Repeat for each herd name.
4. Press to save the herd name and exit the screen.
