5. Alarm me
The Alarm Time is the period of me that the alarm stays on for and can be set to
between 10 seconds (default) and 12 minutes.
6. Delay me
The delay me can be set to any value between 0 seconds (default) and 3 minutes.
• For an exit delay: (10 sec - 3 mins)
The delay me starts when the on / o ff push bu on is depressed (on posi on).
Alarms are only enabled a er the delay me.
• For an entry delay: (0 sec - 3 mins)
When an alarm is detected, it will trigger the relay(s) a er the delay me is over.
To prevent this from happening, press the on/o
ff push bu on before the delay
me elapses.
7. Relays
The relays have a powered (12-15V DC) common (COM) by factory default. That is,
connectors J5, J9, J13 have links between pin 1 and 2. The holder posi on for the
linking bars, for an unpowered COM, is between pin 2 and 3.
The N/O (normally open) contact is used for the siren and strobe. When an alarm
occurs the relay is energized and the contacts close.
Access to relay 3 contacts, used for external alarm inputs and N/C (normally closed)
relay contacts, are by screw type connectors internal to the enclosure.
