Troubleshoot
Soft reset
The soft reset is the first manipulation which can be done if the Physilog® is not working
properly. To do a soft reset, hold the main button for 15 seconds. The LED shines orange
and then stops. If the problem persists, fill out the contact form on the support page
(
) or write an email to: [email protected]. Please indicate
Physilog® serial number and describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
