
Before you start pyrolytic cleaning
– Remove extreme soiling from the oven.
– Manually clean the door seals, the inside of the
door and the glass panel because the pyrolytic
cleaning process does not clean these parts.

Important!
Check that the oven door is firmly closed on the
oven.
Proceed as follows
Switching On
– Remove all loose interior parts (e.g. gridiron or
core temperature sensor) from the oven com-
partment.
There must be no objects left in the
oven compartment!
– Close the oven door.
– Turn the “Temperature” and “Modes” knobs of
the oven to be cleaned to the left to the
(Pyrolysis) symbol. The recommended time
03:00 and the symbols
(Door Lock),
(Duration) and
(Pyrolysis) flash in the display.
– You can change the recommended time by
pressing the
–
or
+
key. You can choose between
02:00, 02:30 and 3:00.
– Press the
(Confirm) key. An audible signal is
sounded.
– For your safety, the oven door is locked. The
(Door Lock) symbol flashes and the oven
lighting goes off.
– The
(Door Lock),
(Duration) and
(Pyrolysis) symbols light up in the display during
pyrolysis.
Do not try to open the oven door during the
self cleaning process.
Note:
During the pyrolysis process, it is not
possible to query the temperature value.

If you press the
(Timer) key once (top oven) or
three times (bottom oven), the remaining pyrolysis
duration is shown on the display.
If you press the
(Timer) key twice (top oven) or
four times (bottom oven), the end time of the
pyrolysis is shown on the display.
