Fault Cause and troubleshooting
All LEDs lit up or
flashing. Electronics have detected a fault.
1.
Press the main switch button for approx.
4 seconds.

The appliance is reset and restarted.
2.
If the problem occurs again:
‒
Switch off the appliance.
‒
Pull out the mains plug or switch off the fuse in
the fuse box.
‒
Wait at least 2 minutes.
‒
Switch on the fuse in the fuse box or insert the
mains plug.
‒
Switch the appliance on.
3.
If the problem occurs again:
‒
Contact customer service.

Appliance door can-
not be closed. Door lock has been activated.
▶
Close the appliance door with greater force.
Door cannot be closed due to installation method.
▶
Check whether the appliance has been installed
properly.
When closed, the appliance door, its decor or at-
tached parts should not knock against adjacent
cabinets or the worktop.
Automatic door opening is not in home position.
▶
Wait for a second after opening the appliance door.
Lid on the detergent
dispenser cannot be
closed. Detergent dispenser or lid are blocked by sticky deter-
gent residue.
▶
Remove detergent residue.
Fault Cause and troubleshooting
Filling valves making
knocking noises. Caused by the domestic installation. No appliance
fault present. Does not affect functioning of the appli-
ance.

Can only be remedied in the domestic installation.
Knocking or rattling
noise. Spray arm is striking tableware.
▶
Arrange tableware so that the spray arms do not
strike tableware.
