Frying settings
Switching on the frying sensor
function
Select the appropriate frying setting from the table.
The hob must be switched on.

Place the pan on the cooking zone.

To select the cooking zone: push the magnetic
knob towards the required cooking zone symbol.

Touch the
p
symbol within 5 seconds.

Turn the magnetic knob until the required frying
setting flashes in the display.
The centre area is automatically activated. The
cooking zone heats up. The selected frying
setting flashes in the heat setting display.

After the signal sounds, add the frying fat and
food to the pan.
The selected frying level lights up in the heat
setting display. Observe the time from the
settings table. Turn the food as usual.
Switching off the frying sensor

Touch the

symbol. The frying sensor function is
switched off, the centre area of the cooking zone
remains activated.
