9.3.c - MARTINETTO COMANDO PALA)

 PERICOLO

Posizionare l’attrezzatura in posizione semichiusa 
su di un supporto.
Immobilizzare le parti prima di effettuare 
l’estrazione di perni: tale operazione potrebbe 
infatti determinate movimenti imprevisti 
dell’attrezzatura.

Rimozione

1.  Scollegare dal martinetto (1) i tubi 

fl

 essibili.

♦

 

Tappare i tubi per evitare l’ingresso di impurità.

♦

 

Recuperare l’olio contenuto nei tubi.

2.  Asportare la vite (2), il dado (3) e s

fi

 lare il perno (4).

3.  Asportare le viti (5), le rosette (6) e rimuovere i carter 

di protezione (7).

4.  Rimuovere la vite (8), s

fi

 lare il perno (9) e rimuovere 

il martinetto (1).

Installazione

• 

Installare seguendo l’ordine inverso della 
rimozione.

 

Tubi: 120 Nm

9.3.c - BLADE CONTROL JACK

 DANGER

Place the equipment in half-closed position 
on a support.
Immobilize the parts before extracting the 
pins: this operation in fact could cause some 
unexpected movements of the equipment.

Removal 

1.  Disconnect the jack (1), the 

fl

 exible tubes. 

♦

 

Cap the tubes to prevent the entry of impurities. 

♦

 

Recuperate the oil contained in the tubes

2.  Remove the screw (2), nut (3) and slide out the pin (4).
3.  Remove the screws (5), the washers (6) and remove 

the safety casing (7).

4.  Remove the screw (8), slide out the pin (9) and 

remove the jack (1).

Installation 

• 

Install in reverse order of removal

 

Tubes: 120 Nm
