Make sure that the electric scooter is turned off, hold the stem , hold down the red button, open the folding latch . Put the hook
into the rear fender hook hole . When opening, pull the hook out of the rear fender hook hole , straighten the stem to lock the
folding plate, and check whether the folding latch is locked.
After folding, hold the stem with one hand or both hands to carry it.
