OPERATING DETERMINATIONS
The SVS LED displays were specially designed for video and pixel mapping applications. The displays are
equipped with bright RGB LEDs and provide excellent color rendering and wide viewing angles. The modular
design allows the horizontal and vertical built-up of large video walls applicable for clubs, stages, shops and
various other indoor environments. The display is controlled using a computer and the PC software LED
Manager. It features a switch-mode power supply unit and an onboard receiver card for signal processing. It
connects to the computer via RJ45 ports (Neutrik IN/OUT).
Protection Class
The LED displays and the power and data cables are
protected against dust and spray water (IP 63) and
therefore are qualified for indoor and outdoor use.
For outdoor use, the installer must always make sure to
connect a rubber cable HO5RR-F. All valid instructions
concerning the installation of cables outdoors must be
adhered.
Power Supply
This product is allowed to be operated with an
alternating voltage of 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz. The
occupation of the connection cables is as follows:

The earth has to be connected! If the device will be
directly connected with the local power supply network,
a disconnection switch with a minimum opening of
3 mm at every pole has to be included in the permanent
electrical installation. The device must only be
connected with an electric installation carried out in
compliance with the IEC standards. The electric
installation must be equipped with a Residual Current
Device (RCD) with a maximum fault current of 30 mA
Electro-magnetic Emission
LED video walls are electrical installations sending
electro-magnetic emissions. Due to their construction,
such installations are regulated in the EMC guidelines.
For permanent installations, the operator is responsible
for the correct operation of his installation. The operator
must make sure that his installation complies with the
basic requirements and follows the general rules of
technology. The operator must make sure that his
installation complies with the electro-magnetic
compatibility.
Installation
Do not shake the device. Avoid brute force when
installing or operating the device. When choosing the
installation spot, please make sure that the device is
not exposed to extreme heat. There should not be any
cables lying around. You endanger your own and the
safety of others! Operate the device only after having
familiarized with its functions. Do not permit operation
by persons not qualified for operating the device. Most
damages are the result of unprofessional operation!
Ambient Conditions
The F symbol means: this device can be installed on
normal inflammable surfaces. The symbol
determines the minimum distance from lighted objects.
The minimum distance between light output and the
illuminated surface must be more than the given value.
The maximum ambient temperature T

= 45° C must
never be exceeded. The ambient temperature must
always be between -10° C and +45° C. The relative
humidity must not exceed 50 % with an ambient
temperature of 45° C. This device must only be
operated in an altitude between -20 and 2000 m over
NN. Never use the device during thunderstorms. Over
voltage could destroy the device. Always disconnect the
device during thunderstorms.
Transport
Please use the original packaging or a flight case if the
device is to be transported.
Cleaning
Never use solvents or aggressive detergents in order to
clean the device! Rather use a soft and damp cloth.
Serial Barcode
Never remove the serial barcode from the device as
this would make the guarantee void.
Modifications and Guarantee
Please note that damages caused by manual
modifications on the device or unauthorized operation
by unqualified persons are not subject to warranty. If
this device will be operated in any way different to the
one described in this manual, the product may suffer
damages and the guarantee becomes void.
Furthermore, any other operation may lead to dangers
like short-circuit, burns, electric shock, crash etc.
