Navigating your Fusion System
THE FUSION GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE (GUI):
The EPIC platform is Fusion’s most advanced and powerful interface to-
date. Years in the making, this system allows you to quickly and easily
navigate your collection and find what you wish to watch. In this chapter
we’ll cover the basics of the EPIC interface. Refer to Chapter 2 for remote
control functions. ( Note: Many Fusion systems will be controlled via a
universal-type remote control or third party home automation system.
The navigation commands on these remotes may be slightly different.)
By default, the movies will appear in alphabetical order. The first movie
title appears in the selection box. (
Note:
The selection box identifies the
movie you are currently set to control.)
To move through your collection, simply navigate up, down, left and right
using the appropriate arrow buttons on your remote control. You’ll notice
that the cover art ‘flows’ in the direction you are heading. When you find
a movie you want to look at, click the [OK] button. You’ll see the movie
detail screen.
