Thermostats control heat to deck and all three
(3) shelves. A fourth shelf is optional.

4. Thermometer
•
Thermometers in equipment reflect
internal air temperature only (not actual
food temperature).
•
Use probe thermometer to determine
actual product temperatures.

STARTUP: MAIN POWER SWITCH / LIGHTS SWITCH / THERMOSTATS / THERMOMETER
1.
Main Power Switch
•
Main power switch is at case front.
•
Main power switch controls power to lights AND
thermostats.
•
See illustration below.
2. Lights Switch
•
Light switch is at rear of case (on upright).
•
When light switch is turned on, all lights in entire
case will turn on.
