I.
Align the 2 support rail legs (#8) with the pre-drilled holes of the support rail
(#5).
II.
Prepare 4 bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer (#D) onto the
bolt (#B) and then the flat washer (#E) onto the SAME bolt (#B), in that
order.
III.
Insert the bolt assemblies through the pre-drilled holes of the support rail
(#5) and the 2 slat support legs (#8) using the Allen wrench (#H).
IV.
Tighten the 4 hex nuts (#J) onto the same bolts (#B) using the wrench (#I)
to secure the parts together.
V.
Repeat the process above to assemble the remaining two support rail legs
(#8) onto the other support rail (#5).
I.
Prepare 4 bolt assemblies by
inserting FIRST the lock
washer (#D) onto the bolt (#B)
and then the flat washer (#E)
onto the SAME bolt (#B), in
that order.
II.
Insert the bolt assemblies
through the pre-drilled holes of
the right and the left side of the
headboard (#1) using the Allen
wrench (#H) but expose about
½” of the bolts’ threads.
III.
Mount the brackets on the 2
side rails (#3) onto the bolts
(#B). Make sure all the
washers are in the FRONT of
the brackets. Use the Allen
wrench (#H) to further tighten
the bolts to secure the two
parts together.
IV.
Repeat the process above to
assemble the other ends of the
2 side rails (#3) onto the
footboard (#4).

Turn right (clockwise) to tighten
Adjust the levelers on Step 5.
